⚾️ ⚠️ Pay-what-you-can registration fees in 2025 ⚠️ 🥎

Amherst Baseball and Hadley-Amherst Softball are dedicated to making youth sports available to all players in our region. As a league, we aim to keep costs low for families. Our registration fees cover about half of the costs it takes to run the program, with the other half supported by our local sponsors.

Pay what you can
When checking out your registration(s) for the 2025 season, you will be asked whether you need financial assistance to help cover the registration fees. You may freely choose the option that works for your family. We offer coupons that will cover 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the cost to register. We encourage families to pay what feels right for them.

Donate if you are able
Additionally, at registration checkout, you will be offered the opportunity to make a donation to support families who are not able to pay the full registration cost. If the registration costs do not pose a burden to your family, we ask that you consider giving an amount, small or large, to help support those for whom these costs can be a barrier to playing youth baseball and softball. Your donations will help make this "pay what you can" fee structure something that Amherst Baseball and Hadley-Amherst Softball can run in future seasons.
