Amherst Youth Baseball and Hadley-Amherst Softball are dedicated to providing a positive and enriching experience for children in our community. To continue delivering high-quality experiences to young athletes while minimizing out-of-pocket costs for players and their families, we are always seeking community sponsors.
Sponsorship covers both our baseball and softball divisions and reaches approximately 200 children (ages 5-15) and their families in the towns of Amherst, Pelham, Shutesbury, Leverett and Hadley (softball only).
Our organization benefits sponsors in the following ways:
- Your business name appears on our on website.
- Your business is recognized with an announcement on Opening Day.
- You have the opportunity to hang a banner (3’ x 5’, provided by sponsor) at the Mill River fields in Amherst and/or at the Hadley Softball field.
- You have the opportunity to participate in Opening Day and other games (set up a table event, sponsor special events, etc..).
- You have the opportunity to provide special offers to league families.
- You receive one league shirt, cap or window decal.

First-year sponsorship is $500 per year, with continuing sponsorships at $400 per year
